Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

is an mp3 extension possible for stock 99 radio?

It seems to be left/right channels and ground wired into the radio in an area that was left to be used for just this but not applied at the time. I see it'* pretty easy, but just time consuming. You'd have to trace the printed circuits on the AC Delco head unit. If you can find a spec sheet or see what'* made to plug in there, you can reverse-engineer the wiring.
