there are some older head units that changed color but that seems to have faded away. Sony has some red and blue/white head units but you really want orange if you are trying to match your dash lights. I have complained about the same thing for years because i love pontiacs i have had four but never had a radio match the dash lights

I'm just as picky as you guys are about the dash lights matching the lights on the receiver. I bought the Sony CDX-M9900 but havent received it yet. If that one is out of your price range, they make a few more that offer the red lights. I was also looking at the Kenwood KDC-MPV8025.

If you want to you can change out the display lights in some decks. Mine match my dash lights and its a blaupunkt. but it was on accident and not intended

I looked at RF for their mp3 receivers but I really didnt care for any of their designs. I think the Sony ones look a lot better. I even liked that Kenwood one more than any RF.
