When the dealer'* mechaninc was programming mine, he had the scan tool hooked up, and her was flying through the screens on the tool. I caught a quick glance of one screen just before he stopped on the program screen and it said "Frequency Operated ..." something. He was going so fast, I missed the third word. I assumed thar is what FOB stood for. I don't know, just my opinon.
