If I have an amp that puts out 150 x 1 @ 4 OHMS, how many watts will it put out on a 2 OHM speaker?

MAKE SURE it'* 2 ohm stable, It may not be.

It shold be around 300watts if it is

Yes it is 2 OHM stable. I am selling the amp and wanted to get some specs on it before I did so. Thanks!

Well that'* not exact by any means, but as long as the amp doesn't cut power at lower ohms, which i bet it doesn't, you're good.
