an easier way to tap off the head unit is to drop off of the 6x9'* cuz thats what i did and then ran it into a low level line converter and it sounds great

That is what I essentially did the first time, but the Bose crap is causing all sorts of trouble with it. I have spoken to a firend who is an installer in the Chicago area, and has tackled this issue. I now have the knowledge to get this fixed, just have to wait for the new amp and converter to come.
