metra makes a flush kit. the only hard part is on mine it had so many rcas and wires it was a pretty tight squeeze but it fit. i also customized it a bit...

Well I will take the old HU out tonight and start looking and sizing stuff up. Crutchfield sent a kit for it sticking out 1" and I have left over parts from doing my mom'* install so those and my custom fab skills and I should be able to make it sit the way I want. If not, I have a dremel and I will make it sit flush.
