i think i approve of Ty'* new truck more than i do the location of the box ..that would drive me nuts seeing that thing in my rear view constantly lol

I would have taken it apart, brought it in piece by piece, and then reassembled it in the car. (If sub boxes work that way, of course.)

LOL Z! Most are porous composite board with ample glue before being screwed together, then covered... I'da pulled the rear seat and cut the metal out to stuff it in that trunk.

yea this box is solid as a rock.. there is no disassembling it, i wanted to fit it in the trunk but its 3 inches taller than the trunk lid so it was impossible.. keeping my eye open for a box that will fit in my trunk, but with an 18 its not as easy as just droppping it into the trunk like with 10'*, 12'* or even some 15'*... everything is pretty much custom with 18'*

The way you go through subs I don't see you spending the time to make anything custom. If you do find that one sub/set of subs that you like, you should make the custom enclosure. You will be so glad you did if it'* done right.

You know... on second thought for a sub like that. Just cut an 18" hole in the back seat and use the whole trunk as a box! =P What a monster.
