Sorry for the delay, I don't read the audio board much cause I've got my DREAM STEREO already. I don't have questions so I don't look/post here. I'll try to browse more often, I have lots of stereo knowledge. www.eca.com is great for audiphile'* like me.

Yes the wheel controls will work with an extra adaptor. I have an Alpine headunit so I got the Alpine-GM adaptor, there like $75-80 I beleive. www.crutchfield.com had them I beleive.

Original question, how does stock 02 sound? While mine is an 01 it had the Bose and it did sound decent for stock. But nowhere close to what I'm used too from the last ride, so 3-weeks after I bought the SSEi the dream stereo went in.

Here'* my favorite pic I have, need better ones though, dosen't do it justice to how nice it is in person. Picture makes the carpet look funney, its dark black. like the second pic, first shows the floor so nice though.

2 amps both JL Audio, 1000x1 to the subs and the 450 does 150x2 to the front and 75x2 to the rears, This makes for a SQ friendly sound stage.

Did I mention that I love my stereo? Makes me forget all about my day at work and puts a big on my face EVERYDAY While I drive!!! Not to mention 330lbs of tourque to lay rubber where ever I may please!!!

1,450 watts=2 amps both JL Audio, 1000x1 to the subs and the 450 does 150x2 to the front and 75x2 to the rears, This makes for a SQ friendly sound stage.
