Okay guys, I finally got me some factory 6x9 plastic spacer brackets from the boneyard. And now I discover my Boston Acoustics 6x9s are slightly larger than the opening in the plastic spacer brackets. The screw holes line up fine though.

So how did the rest of you guys go about modifying the brackets? Dremel? Xacto? Any descriptions or pics of how you got your aftermarket 6x9s to fit would help. I know you guys are out there who have done it. Give me some pointers!

You need to trim down the Brackets to make the Speakers fit...use a dremel or a File
