Default Grill on door speaker missing.

I bought my 99 bonnie used a couple of years ago and the speaker grill was missing. Do any of you know where I could get replacements? I've even thought about upgrading speakers. How hard would that be and will door panel have to be removed? I haven't had very good luck removing door panels without breaking them or getting them back on.

I'm going to be replacing the power window motor in my 94 se later this week. I'm going to chronical the process with pics and number of beers consumed/profanities uttered. As an FYI, I bought a kit which contained a bunch of door clips in preparation because I'm sure with my luck I'll break at least 1 or 2 along the way of removing the panel (1 profanity uttered before we even begin).

Unless you are desperate to switch your speakers dont take those door panels off. They are the worst Ive ever messed with. If you are not a savvy auto man I dont recommend doing it.
