I agree, I have Infinites in my Buick Right now and I love how they sound. When (if) I get a Bonneville I would like to put some infinities in the front doors, but supposedly they don't fit because the infinities MUST be top mounted, not bottom like the bonnevilles are. :( Maybe I'll have to cut the doors.
To put in the 6.5"* I assume that you need to cut the door panel. What is the maximum mounting depth for the front speakers? I'm guessing close to 3"?

(BTW, I plan on buying my mom'* SSE right now during the summer or sooner. weeeeee)

Infinity'* are great fir ENTRY level sound. If you really want high class sound, JL audio and MB quart. As far as amps, MTX, RF, JL , kicker , ect..... They will never underrate their amps. Alpie sucks in amos too , they got a great entry level sub ( type r) but the are just not ready for DB'* yet. Head units aren't that bad too.
Flame war coming......

Bah..no flames wars,

We all have opinions and perspectives. Its good to see what everyone else likes/has, in order to make more educated decisions in the future, instead of what some kids says at an electronics store you can go back to what your pals say at BC

Knowledge is power.

Use those stereo to rock on gents!!

you guys dont need to buy that monster cable crap...have you ever looked at it up close? My dad bought some and when we looked at it, they use thick plastic so it looks like the wire inside is huge, when it really isnt. You can get way cheaper and way better stuff at a home improvement store, we got ours at lowes for a fraction of the cost.

Yeah, they are here in Simi Valley, I checked out their main headquarters and such and it kicks ***. Can't go wrong, but the cheaper Cerwin Vega subs are eh. But they make high end ones that pound.

They have a great line of subz. I don't know the name but there is one sub with the spider on the outside of the cone. Those things are probably top 5 in the market .
