Hey all,
I was at my local CT today and picked up an Eurolite LED Bar....
It had 5 different "modes", from "on" to "scan" to "flashing" etc...
Here'* the link to what I bought....
Problem....
The bar has a tiny little button you have to push on the end of it to switch "modes".
By default it goes to "on", push it 3 times and it goes to "scan" which is what I want it for.
Question....
How do I get it to always "scan".....
(where'* FireDevil when you need him)
Anyone got any ideas?

I have the street glow version of the led bar (its pretty much identical) and i have the same problem. Im not sure if there is a way to get it to stay in that mode but i think it always defaults back to the full on position when power is disconnected and reconnected.

Yea it always defaults back to the "full on" position.
Need to figure out how to re-program it....
(or find another led bar that keeps it'* settings)

i had a eurolite led bar.. always defaults to full on.... and in the course of a month or so 2 leds burned out.... real crappy bar........ to my knowledge no LED bar currently maintains any sort of "preset" or "memory"

if your not electronically inclined dont worry about it, but if you are then get the schematics from a "LED Chaser" google search and get the parts cheap from http://www.mouser.com

Yea I found a place in UK that actually makes some real high quality ones....
They are a bit pricey $160Cdn per unit..... and I'm sure I could make cheaper ones... but they seem to be really good quality.
Probably going to return the CT ones, and buy one of these to try.
