Did any 2000+ models come with a MP3/WMA Headunit

Hi all, I'm wondering if any of the 2000+ models came with a headunit that could play MP3 or WMA cd'*. What I'm trying to accomplish is gaining that functionality without losing the steering wheel controls or the display (track/radio station) in the heads up display. If there'* not a factory radio that will work does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get the same results with an aftermarket headunit?

you would have to dig up the RPO for that specific radio if you can, and I can try to locate one for you from work. But I can't guarantee functionality.

Some new 05 models from pontiac have an MP3 head unit. Not sure which ones, but a few have been on ebay. It says MP3 right on the front.

There was not a 00+ Bonneville equiped with an MP3/WMA capable CD player. You'll have to go with an aftermarket HU or use a FM modulated input (wired or wireless) for a portable music device.
