Id get that, thats a great price for audiobahn. Planet audio and audiobahn are kind of similar, they are both really good but really over priced. This guy on ebay is practically giving them away, email him about the waranty and if its good get it. As far as power ratings go, that will push them subs and probly even blow them if you wanted it to. Power ratings depend on what resistance you wire the speakers up to be.

Someone probly had an overstock and had to get rid of them quick. IM not sure about this but something like this seems likely from what i see. If i had the money and i didnt want matching amps i would buy one from him as soon as i got the money. You should be safe getting one but i cant guarentee anything.
