Couple of bass Qs and speaker install.
smaller speaker will have a little less "midbass" that a 6x9 could produce. New speakers will still sound better than the stockers all through out the frequency range. You could always get 6" speakers which should be able to hit most of the lows that 6x9s could and would still give some extra space. They should fit in pretty easily also.

So would 4"x6" be better or worse than 6". I looked at Wal-Mart at the Pioneers...they had some really nice 6"x9"* and the 4"x6"* weren't bad but I didn't look at the 6"* since I hadn't read this yet.

Ok, so here'* the deal...I went to WalMart and I bought a set of Pioneer 6" 4-way 220w speakers. My only question now is how do I wire them up? Also I got a really good deal on them because the package was beaten up, the speakers are fine, I got them for $50 instead of $70.
well if you are not going to amp them, then cut the wire to the factory speakers and connect the new speakers to those wires.
if you are going to amp them then you will have a little bit more work on your hands.
my best guess is that you got these:

I just plan on hooking them up to the original wires. I have no amp to hook them up to.
EDIT: Yes, those are the speakers that I got. They seemed good for the price.
