no i didnt take the dash out, all i did was remove the glove box, and feed the wire through, I wouldnt remove that bar as it might be a part of the SIR system, better safe than sorry. Just remove the hushpanel on the drivers side and look to see where the wire harness goes from the PCM to the firewall, you can use a similar path for the routing of the power wire to the firewall

lol yeah i removed it. It was a wire i bought from home depot it was cheap. It was pretty much solid so not much bending could be done. It was cheap thought like 2 guage wire at 15feet for like 12 bucks.

Do you think ill haveto do any drilling on the drivers side running a 2 guage wire?

no but you will waste about 5 feet of wire and it looks like absolute hell IMO, I wanted the cleanest most efficient install possible, and i believe that i accomplished my goal with the install that i did

By taking the time and going through the harness plastic, then sealing it up nicely you did. It is easy for many (that know) to tell the wire isn't original to the car, but you did a very professional install.

stupid question but how did you stop your subs from roling around in the trunk. Them being heavy doesn't hold them in place alone there must be a good way to anchor them
