That is the COOLEST volume **** though, and i kinda like the dedicated clock in a way, but it takes away price screen real estate. The light up RF symbol and the outer right that spins is cool too!

I think the amplifier section is fine, i've only had it really loud myself once or twice, and it didn't have any problems. PM or email me your offer for it, and the adapter if you'd like, and i'll make sure i get it back from the store. My friend also has a deck from a 91 Firebird that had tape too. I'll take pix of the factory deck once it'* out and you can judge for yourself, the ***** are the ones where you hold them about 15 degrees over instead of a rotating ****. I don't think it has the special LOC thing on it, but i'll check my manual for that just incase.

I know my Older Clarion head sounded better than all the alpines, kenwoods, and pioneers of the same price range (and up a fair ammount). Only 180 cause i got a deal with it.

I've got crazy ears too, so im a good meter

I'm sorta an audio fanatic now because of my Bass tech....he made me a monster.

Yeah I got into the whole Surround sound DVD craze thing too. Its such a money pit ugh.

Monster Wire, its pretty much bullshit. Yes it does sound better people. But you can buy high quality stuff that sounds just the same yet its 1/3 the price.

I was thinking of installing that stuff into my car for a time but then i desided against it. Was gonna go all monster power for a sub and **** too. I'm just gonna use my deck now and some new speakers. Not gonna go crazy. It'* just a car not a living room.

I have a Clarion BD-416. She'* great for what i need. Reads CD'* and CD-R'*. No Mp3 ability but i hate listening to mp3'* they sound like poo. I just need to hook her into the stock steering wheel button thingys (for lack of a better word right now). It is blue though but it makes the cockpit more like an airplane. Yeah they have a lot of red. But they got white and blue too.

If you can get them for a cheap price. Do it.

I've found some great price on Car and Home audio at www.etronics.com
