read this and tell me if this is a good idea, i got it from a cougar forum, my g/f has one and i was doin some readin on things. i use to have one :( damn palm trees!!
its a little long...but worthit if it works!

The way it is wrote it would be more efficiant to run all the ground cables every where to the same bolt so it dose not have to go through the chassis

I've done it for one of my cars and it hasn't really made a difference. Some do the "big 3" for performance gains(don't ask me how, I don't know), others to eliminate alt whine(didn't work for me), and some claim that it helps reduce headlight dimming during big bass notes.

Regardless, if you do the upgrade, buy everything yourself as some sell upgrade kits packaged for specific vehicles but they are a ripoff.

I know i would gain a bit from these because i have lots of electrical accessories and if everythign is at full load i am technically over drawing the stock gauge wire anyways, because i have bigger alternator than before that can handle the load.
