Default Audiovox or dei

I am at the final decision stage between audiovox aps-996 or the hornet 554t remote start & security systems. There is about a $30 difference between them when ordering off of ebay. Just curious if people have had experience with either of these models and what their feelings are.

Also, I am more than willing to document by photo and writing the whole installation process on my 93 bonne if it is something that would add to the site.

Let me know what you think.
