Default audio revamp plans

Tell me what you think, constructive comments only please!

HU: Kenwood Excelron KDC-X789
Front speakers: CDT EF61 or CDT EF51
amp for speakers: JBL 80.4(really cheap one on ebay right now) or possibily a Hifonics amp (open to other suggestions)

I might also have a cheap way to get a Kenwood 11band EQ which I might use also.

subs...I am going to live with what I have until I can gather more funds.

I also like the easy adjustability of the no digital EQ

what ever dude I'm just tryin to save you a few hundred buck. But I will also tell you I can get just as much Sq ( Sound Quailty) out of my amp and deck then you can with your Eq and it is easy to adjust.

i had the kenwood eq youre probably looking at. the 9044? its a great peice, i used it with a cheap sony deck.

you say youre going to buy a kenwood deck, but a premier is in your sig. the premier has 6.5V outs, the kenwood eq has 4V. the eq is rated for 4V input max

actually it has 2.2 volts preamps.

I'll have pictures up later today. The HU came while I was on vacation.

oh, ok, you dont have a premier model. the 770 is premier, 7700 is the lower end with lower volt preamps
