my buddy (Bignick on here) has an mtx 421d amp and we are lookin to do 2 10s w/ this amp... power 2 of these 10s?

It depends on what the specs of the amp are. If, like the name may sugguest, it is a 400 watt max amp, then it will not adequately power those subs
