amplifier power cable through firewall - GM Forum - Buick, Cadillac, Chev, Olds, GMC & Pontiac chat

Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

The easiest way I found to run it was through the grommet under the steering column......some people prolly wouldn't suggest this......but I've had no problems!! Also while taking the carpet out of the back of my trunk I found a hole w/a tube leading out of it for water.......if u really wanted to make it easy u could run the wire underneath the car.....???? U would prolly want to cover the wire w/something though!!!
