yessir. one to protect the pos wire up front and the one in the rear is the fusing for the amp, instead of them having 200amps of fusing built in. i was also thinking to you should be ok electrical wise with your car and only running the amp at 1kwatts at 2 ohms but if you were to ever run it at 1ohm that would draw more from your electric and some upgrades would be needed. but as it is now you should be fine. was just a thought i had ha. my voltage dips down to about 12v after playing for a bit off my 1000+watts and i have the big 3 done and will be adding 2 batterys since i plan on doubling my power next year.

hook up your subs positives all together and same with your negatives. not sure if they would be ok under that load and might mess up the amp and/or subs.

nope but that amp wil give em plenty of power @2ohms and amps run cooler at higher ohms and are a lil easier on the cars electric too.

I dunno the alpine mrp-m2000 has 2000 watts at 2 ohms, i figured if i didnt turn it up all the way it would hit a lot harder than the audioques 1300 at 2 ohms.

well its all up to you but the alpine isnt 1ohm stable, and will over power them type Rs by quit a bit and th AQ will give more than enough with the option of more power down the raod for less cash. woofersetc asking 479.99 and the AQ is349.99 shipped. AQ is owned by the old owner of DD and his son now owns DD so the quailty is for sure awsome.

2k watts on a pair of 12" type Rs you would have to tune very cautously so not to fry the coils. they are only rated at 500rms so doubling the power like that might be a bit risky
