Default AMP LED fried?

How hard would it be to replace these. it annoys me that they dont work.

and acually maybe looking to change them all over to red or half and half

any ideas on this

you can see on the left amp they are lit but not on the right in the circles.

Also, since they are ALL out, it is more likely the LEDs are fine, but something else went.
