alpine deck - GM Forum - Buick, Cadillac, Chev, Olds, GMC & Pontiac chat

Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

You'll need a kit that goes from the standard GM fit opening (1.5) din, to Din opening. An appropriate GM/Bonneville harness, and antenna adapter.

You won't need the wiring harness if it was already in a similar car, but most likely you'll be cutting off an old one, and re-wiring.

You'll need a wiring harness and mounting hardware. Any audio store that stocks Alpine should carry this stuff (Audio King/Ultimate Electronics), just tell them what you got and what you need. Really easy to install, except some minor modification to the mounting hardware might be needed.
