Your aftermarket headunit has a blue wire (remote output) that is meant to trigger on any amps, eq, crossover, etc.... If you use the the power antenna wire it will work just as well when you listen to the radio but might shut down power to your Bose amp when listen to a CD.

I wired mine into a red speaker wire (switched 12v), and have not had any problems since. Leaving it wired to a constant, I always heard speaker noise even with key out of ignition, and it wore the battery down constantly.
