Default 6 1/2'* in front doors?

I remember at one time reading about mounting 6 1/2'* in the front doors and there was some way to do it by creating mount points...I don't exactly remember. Can anyone give me any details on this, or a link to how it'* done because I think at one point there was a write-up but I just can't find it.

then i guess your going to have to cut to fit

and if you dont want to get to fansy then you can just use sheet metal screw. no pre-drilling required.

or you can get real fansy and check out
http://www.fiberglassforums.com/
and make some kickerpods out of fiberglass.
