Default 20gb Music Storage

Can someone tell me about items like this? Would it be worth it to have it mounted somewhere else in the car, and have a cd player as well; or is that not feasible?

Smellbird has a kenwood hooked up to his kenwood deck. The thing is sweet.

They are better, if you have a good way to hook it up. Like the Alpine setup, very slick.

That would be awesome to have all that music with out changing a cd, even with my portable mp3/cd player I would never get past 180songs on a cd. I would only wonder how well/long the hardrive in that unit would hold up with all the bumps and such from the road.
