Default 2001 in a 94?

What years of radios wil fit as a direct replacement for my stock radio? Would a 2001 grand am HU fit as a direct fit?

I'd have to see a picture of that one.

For sure, 94-99 Bonneville.

Other Pontiacs used the same radios into 2000 and even 2001, but I would have to see a pic of the radio.

The wiring harness and mounting brackets are different. That would be a real tough project. You need one like this:

hmmm darn...i got one sorta like that already :? (minus CD) ...lol oh well...what could i do to make my stock system sound better without much $$ ? any ideas?

i would say subs but yah costs a little.....hmm you could get some components or 6x9'* but i cant really think of a cheap way cuz if you want it to sound good you have to throw down a bit of cash

That'* exactly the type i've been looking for. Mine has 7-band eq and all but a tape player. I would kill (ok, not really) for a receiver like the one you have a pic of. I was told that only a 1994 version would work or i'd lose steering wheel controls, which i have become addicted to.

You can use any radio from a 94-99 Bonneville + a few other years and models of Pontiacs.
