O let me get this straight. If I have round covers, they are 5.25 speakers? Because I was told 4x6 were in my 98 front doors, but when I pulled apart the door on one end the speaker is round, and I was thinking this cant be right, so I ordered 4x6 speakers anyways. So now what im basically asking is, my speakers that I ordered, are not going to fit?

I dont think their going to reply seeing as this thread is from early 2006. But i think the 4x6'* are if you have speakers in your dash not your door. I just replaced my front speakers in my doors (98' SLE) with the HiFonics zeus 6.5 component set and the stock speakers were not 4x6'*. But your not SOL you can get the 4x6'* to fit in the door, it just takes some extra work.

Like we said....5.25"* in the front doors.
As to the old thread you posted in, please try not to do this in the future. A preferred way to refer to an old thread and still get your answer is to start a new thread of your own and include a link to the old thread your are asking about.
Two reasons for this:
1) It gets attention to YOUR particular question and/or problem.
2) It makes sure that you get the newest and most accurate information that we know at this time. Many times our collective knowledge moves along and there may be better and or newer information that others can also use.
K?
