Default 1994 Speaker Question

I'm currently upgrading my system and I was wondering what the max size speaker I can fit would be? Do 6 1/2'* fit or not? I currently have 4 1/2'* in the front. If 6 1/2'* fit, how difficult is the cut and install for the door panel? Have any of you had problems with it?

Second question, I've got a 35 watt x 4 Alpine head unit and I was wondering if I upgrade to 6 1/2'* (if they fit) whether I would need a speaker amp for them. Appreciate all your help, have a good one.

As far as the amp question. The head unit will do if you are tight on money. But I would say definently power them. Im sure if you get/make ^ 1/2" mdf ring for the speaker you should be fine. I would measure your depth first to double check everything. If you cant go 6 1/2'* definently go with the 5 1/4".
