1992 Chevy S-10 4.3L - Correct Wiring Harness for aftermarket radio - GM Forum - Buick, Cadillac, Chev, Olds, GMC & Pontiac chat

Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

Default 1992 Chevy *-10 4.3L - Correct Wiring Harness for aftermarket radio

I am having trouble finding the right wiring harness to replace my factory Delco in my 1992 Chevy *-10 truck.

The factory harness connectors look like this here.

I bought this one and it didn't fit.

you need to get the one like your first pic, they changed the style about that year but it wasent a solid one year its this and next year everything is different. the s10'* they went to the round style in 93 i belive so thats the year it would get the later plug like you bought. so you need to get the earlier 80'* style one
