Just let me know if you need the tow. I'm always up for that kind of stuff!

Honestly, I'd go with number 4. Give ZZP a chance to make it right (or help a customer out). I know if we had built the transmission I'd want a chance to help or make it right.

yes #4 it is...

checking with zoomer to see when he can get parts, and how much...

A little late...I like option #4 out fo the list.

Andrew, I'd say go with the fourth option too. You want the heavy duty rebuild and you know it :P. Whatever you do though make sure to figure out WTF happened.

See if this is a result somehow from the engine going south on you, or perhaps something you did with the car, or perhaps as a result of some defect from the original rebuild that was just a matter of time before it bit you or whomever owned the car in the butt.

not at liberty to discuss what i think went wrong with it at this time... wait for the dismantle... dont wanna jump to conclusions

Exactly. Thats why I want to make sure you gut the thing and don't wind up with another transmission.

What time does the MN meet start? I can pick up the trailer early that morning and drive down right away. We can load it up and then after the meet, drive it to wherever you need it to go. Are there any time constraints on where and when it needs to be somewhere?
