Default Wiper Arm
When I go to spray the washer fluid, the driverside only trickles it out. Do I need to replace the entire wiper arm, or could something just be clogged?

Take a thin needle, and push it in and out of the spray nozzle, this will loosen and crud up stuck in there, and should fix your problem.
