Window motor and regulator
I had a motor and regulator replaced on my 02 ssei last June. I just had to get the same freakin motor and regulator replaced again. The dealer stated even though the repair was done less than one year ago, we drove it more than 12,000, and therefore, the parts are out of warranty. $470 down the tubes (not including last year'* repair). We don't even use the window! How can this be????? No wonder GM is in trouble.

Here'* the link to the repair that I came up with.

It'* quite easy to do, very inexpensive, and doesn't take much time. You don't even need any special tools. With the tension that is on the cables, and the weak plastic, you don't have to use the windows for the end to pull out. The repair holds it all together. Give it a try. You'll be much happier than shelling out that kind of money, again.
