'00 SE window/lock problems...
I'm helping a friend with his '00 SE, but now I need the help... The driver'* window/power lock work great, the other three doors do nothing, power mirrors don't work either. Could these all be a related problem? All fuses/breakers under rear seat and under hood are good. I'm not familiar with this setup, the older vehicles have power and ground for each window and lock - this one doesn't. How does it work, how do you diagnose it? I'm very competant with wiring and have test light, multi meter and scan tool, but I'm not sure how to go about finding the problem.
I'd appreciate any help you could lend - especially if someone had a copy of the wiring diagram...
Thanks.
Marty

Each door has its own dedicated module for controlling window, door locks, mirrors etc.
Power & ground for the window motors, locks is controlled by the module. There are also serial buses (link buses) for inter module communications between the driver door and the other three doors.

If you have a scan tool, is it displaying any DTC'*? Are you able to establish comms with the driver door module (DDM), or the powertrain control module (PCM)?
