Napa brake parts are usually good. If it helps any... rotors are uncoated metal and when you clean the car they can rust up. Eapecially if you use a spray on wheel cleaner.

Mine do it all the time. It'* normal.

Another update. LOVING the slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Peddle feel is completely different, brakes actually work in the rain without just about having to use two feet. Got a nasty vibe in the car front end after I had installed the Napa rotors, around 65/70 mph. The vibe is also gone. I noticed that the ATE rotors are balanced, the Napa ones were not, or did not appear to be. No squealing with the Akebono ceramics like we did with the Napa pads either. So far, highly recomend.
