Hopefully someone will replay on the fuse because I would also like to know. I wonder if unhooking the battery for 30 minutes would have the same effect?

I have no idea, and I'm hoping to cause I would like to do this tomarrow since I'm off..

unhooking the fuse will not disable airbags, nor will disconnecting the battery (unless you wait a while... it has a capacitor that stores energy so the bags can be deployed if the car stalls during an accident)

I don't think removing the seat will set them off though...
