Magnaflow 99306HM OR 94106

I ordered both cats for the 2000 BONNEVILLE SSEI.. I was hoping I can get some help help as far as witch one to use if any of these at all.. Don't want a code triggered.

I've heard everything but stock will trip a code on the 2000+ Bonneville'*.

Hmm...I have a magnaflow in there now the box read carsound just don't remember the part number ... 6yrs now it started rattling and its fuming bad .. but it never tripped a code on me even now with the rattle.
