Default Tune-Up Recommendations

Hey guys...I'm going to be doing my first tune-up on the Bonnie. I purchased it back in April with 76,000 on the odo and am approaching 93,000 now (yea...I guess Ive put alot of miles on it eh?)

I have no idea what the previous owner did to the vehicle, however it WAS purchased from a reputable Pontiac/GM dealership (Not sure what kind of maintenance, if any, they do on a vehicle before its sold). So this being my first tune-up with no idea of the history of the car, I'd like to get your recommendations on what I should do. I don't have a ton of money, but I've got enough to do the basics and a few extras. Any advice would be great! I'd also like to get your thoughts on the absolute BEST spark plugs to purchase for my vehicle (heat ranges, etc). I'm thinking about these http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...pe=960&PTSet=A but I'm not sure what heat range they are. I would like to go down one range. Thanks guys!

The plug is $8.21 at Rock Auto without the discount.

Nice choice for a plug.

I decided to buy the TR55IX plugs, which are iridium TR55s. The original plug I wanted had to be specially ordered. I decided an iridium plug would bring me the best of the copper and platinum worlds...based on some research I've done.
