You don't really need to flush it. Purchase a new filter and 6 litres of trani fluid. The gasket is reuseable.
Drop the pan, clean it well with solvent, replace the filter, put the pan back on and fill it up. Simple job that will only cost you about $50.

Pay attention to the filter. You may have to swap the fitting from the old to the new. It simply pulls off without any bolts.
A cab company I had 4 cabs with got some ill avice and started flushing and we got a lot of clogged filters. the sludge and solids find places to hide and flushing dislogdes it and they probably dont get 90% out.
