I'm not sure which way to turn it, do some more searching, check like air ride, I now it'* on this board here somewhere, You had to loosen one bolt and turn the dial/indicator 90 deg. I believe. Give it a shot since you found what where talking about, shouldn't hurt anything, if you turn the wrong way the shocks will just stay low and not pump up, no harm no fowl there.
