Default Torque Setting Rear Caliper Bolt

All Data lists the torque setting for the rear brake caliper bolt at 63 ft.lbs. That seems a bit high. When I took it out, it wasn't in nearly that tight...would guess closer to 20 ft. lbs. Can someone confirm this setting, or advise what the right spec. is? Thanks!

63ft/lbs in the factory service manual for the caliper pin bolts.

For the Caliper mounting bolt?

This is for a 92-99 front, 38 ft/lbs.

Side note, can over tightening mounting bolts cause squeaking?

Thanks a lot for the quick response. I'll be cranking her down to that spec. I'll have to purchase the FSM, which will fill in the large gaps of information from All Data.
