Default Sunroof won't open to the "Vent" position - help?

My sunroof won't open to the "vent" position. I wouldn't have known that it didn't if it weren't for the water in the floor board issue because I never use the sunroof. I am going to start with the switch, but if some has had this experience or has an idea of where to start, lemme know. Thanks in advance,

Don

When all else fails, read the damn book. Sunroof works fine. I didn't know that the switch had more than 2 positions.

When the roof is fully shut, should the back edge of the glass be even with the top of the car? Mine is between an 1/8 and a 1/4 of an inch lower than the roof. I saw the adj torx screws.

My glass sits a little low. There is some torx head screw on each side of the glass rails. You can use them to change the elevation of the glass if you need to, but you also may cause some leaks....so caution is in order.

PS - Took me while to figure out the vent option also..and yes, the manual does have it purpose.
