Ok guys, so on my way home from work today I noticed my Bonne wasn't running right. I pulled into the driveway and opened the hood. As I suspected, the supercharger belt had came off. SO I'm thinking this is a perfect time to get a new pulley and belt. I was planning on going to a 3.5 pulley. I have the 180 degree drilled thermostat and planning on getting the intense fenderwell intake when I order the pulley. I guess my question is....how do I know what size belt I will need with the smaller pulley?

you will need a 715 belt OR a stock 725 belt with a oversized tensioner ....if you order the FWI, and pulley from Intense you can get the belt from them.....although i recommend that you get a belt sooner than that

You would need a GB6-715 Gator back Belt for a 3.5" with no intercooler.
Hows your idler pulley looking? any play or squeaks when you give it a spin?

Let'* get this belt issue fixed up before you upgrade. Do you know why your belt came off?

Yeah...I know why my belt came off, it had a big chunk out of one of the sides of it...I had seen it when chaging my plugs a few weeks ago and knew I should get a new one....just been a little busy. The idler looks like crap now....like the plastic on the ouside is melted, I'm guessing from the beltrubbing against it as it was shredding. So I guess I need a new idler as well!

Actually, so I guess what I should do for now is to go get a stock belt and then order the oversized tensioner when I order the other stuff? Sound like a good idea?

Well..it sounds like the bearings in the tensioner went bad.

You could go at it with a new tensioner and the smaller belt, although you need to fix that idler first.

Good call, just went out and checked....the top idler is the one that'* plastic is all tore up, the bottom idler...is...ummm...missing, just a locked up bearing sitting in the place where it should be. Went to advance auto and bought both idlers and a new 725 belt, at least it should get me by until the stuff from intense gets here.

SO My number 3 pulley is torn up, and the number 9 is completely missing, just a bearing left. I bought the dayco replacement ones for now
