I am trying to change the struts on my car and I cna get the nuts off on the lower portion but the bolts won't budge. Are these threaded into the car? I also see orange on the threads. i am assuming this is loctite of some type of threadlocker. Can anyone help here or give me some pointers? Thank You in advance.

They are splined bolts.
Drive them out with a hammer.
