Still No Heat
Yes the air flow is good but just warm and I have flushed the whole system. I forgot to do the heater core when I did a full system flush. The coolant level is full and the cap is all the way on. Are there any other actuators that I'm missing. Not sure what to do about this darn thing. The only thing I could think would be to check the pressure on the coolant system. Do you think that if there was not enough that would make a difference?
This is a link to the actuators. HVAC System - Automatic If you aren't building pressure, perhaps you have a bad cap. I doubt that would affect your heat, however.
Not hi-jacking the thread, but Imm having this same problem also, 2000 Bonnie SLE w/45000. miles on the clock. Everything runs fine, all gauges in the normal operating range, plenty of air flow, but no heat. The dealer wants to replace the upper and lower intake manifolds, gaskets, water pump and do a coolant flush. I ask what did that have to do with no heat and got the deer in the headlights look, like why am I asking that question.
haha, no its a she, and she knows nothing about cars. She was just asking if my car does this which it doesnt, but I told her id look into it.
I would check the actuators for her but to be honest i dont know to....

Check out the link that I posted about 6 up. It gives information on all of the actuators, and should at least give you a place to start. I've always thought that the air flow to the floor on the drivers side was rather sad. You can also check to see if the hush panel, that doubles as a plenum, is installed properly. The techinfo article on the intermediate steering shaft should help you there.
