Fuel Pressure regulator
Thanks guys. So pulled off the vac hose and did not see moisture but definetly smelled like gas. Sounds like I may need to change it? Looks like I remove the retaining clip and just change out.

Did you leave the hose off for a while, and see if any gas comes out of the regulator?
If the diaphragm is ruptured you should see a little gas come out after a while.
Replacing it is easy, just remove that clip and wiggle it up and out.
