SSEi aftermarket exhaust
What do you guys recommend for aftermarket mufflers on a SSEi? I'd like something that won't be too loud, yet will be throatier. I don't want much interior resonance. It'* hard finding somethign that will work with the factory locations and work well. Price is a factor, since I will have to buy two mufflers.. This isn't actually for the 2000 SSEi, it is for my riviera, but the exhaust systems are identical on them, the bonneville just has a little bit more of a rumble to it.
Custom, the reason the Bonneville has a bit more rumble is probably due to the GM performance muffler. If you want to upgrade the Riviera and add more noise then Flowmaster and MagnaFlow get 2 big thumbs up from me.
For some definite loudning...(is that a word?..lol) remove your resonator and look into some custom tips. Oh and high flow cat would be nice too

on the 2000 and above, the exhaust pipe Y'* off just before the rear wheels into two seperate pipes, then into two seperate mufflers.
You are probably right about it having the performance exhaust.. The bonneville actually sounds not too bad, but on the riv, you can't even hear the exhaust---at all! that car is so quiet it'* unbelievable.
