Default speed readout problen

I have a 2002 SSEI super charged. The speed on the odometer and digital read are the same. But it is saying I'am going alot faster than I am.
Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

Do you have the E/M button set to M. Your car has the ability to switch back and forth from miles to kilometers per hour. You may be set to kilometers. 100 KPH = 63 MPH.

Let us know what you find.

I like the easy ones. Thanks for letting us know it is taken care of.

By the way, that button affects the speedometer, the odometer and the temperature readout (Fahrenheit versus Celcius).
